What is the authority looking to establish and what is the scope of this framework?
This opportunity is for the establishment of a multi-supplier framework. The framework will be to provide retrofitting works for energy efficiency in accordance with PAS 2035. The idea is that public buildings are made to undergo energy efficiency retrofitting works and this framework will be the tool to achieve this. The scope of the contract will include:
- PV and Battery Storage
- ASHP / GSHP;
- Insulation including EWI, IWI, CWI, Loft and floor;
- Windows & Doors; Ventilation;
- Roofing; Roofline & rainwater goods;
- Electrical Work; Boiler Replacement;
- Hot water / heat distribution systems;
- Kitchens;
- Bathrooms;
- Damp & Mould remediation;
- Internal Decoration;
- Plastering;
- Carpentry & joinery;
- Wall tiling & Boarding;
- Above & Below DPC pipework;
- Footpaths.
Regional lots:
The tender will be split into 10 regional lots. In addition, there will be up to ten contractors appointed per lot. The lots include:

- Lot 5 – East Midlands
