Fees
Tsaks Consulting was founded by Jason Cooney with a simple business philosophy ‘deliver on what we promise – an outstanding job at great value!’.
Our fee structure reflects this philosophy and is designed to enable our team to deliver to help your business reach its peak of excellence. We are also committed to deliver our services cost effectively. We work efficiently to quickly get to know your business and understand your bid. We provide hourly rate as well as fixed rate options – and are always transparent in our approach.
We are a service oriented business – that means our writers are hands-on, on the front line and writing bids and tenders. We keep our team lean, with minimal back-end reporting and administration. This enables us to keep our prices low and delivery quality services.
Our director, Jason Cooney, is hands on in all bids and tenders we work on as are our other senior writers.
Fixed Price Quotes for UK Tenders and Bids
We provide fixed price quotes, as well as hourly rates, with a guide provided below:
- Small (up to 10 pages) tender response or business proposal £450 – £1000 pounds. These can be small government bids or even private sector bids and proposals.
- Medium (up to 25 pages) tender response or business proposal £1000 – £5,000 pounds. These are generally medium sized government bids or frameworks applications. They generally take two weeks or so to complete with including communication back and forth with drafts and content revisions.
- Large (up to 100 pages) tender response or business proposal £5,000– £20,000+ These bids and tenders are often to the public sector for large framework applications or private sector bids. Our team is involved in project managing the bid as well as writing the submission. Our pricing is generally based on an hourly rate as it’s difficult to quantify our bid writing service due to the many variables that impact the total number of hours of work involved.
Our proposed fee will depend on:
- The size and scope of the tender. If you are asking yourself, how much does it cost to write a tender or bid to government, the answer is largely governed by the questions asked, word limits and scope of the tender. The more questions, particularly qualitative questions that require written responses, the increased the preparation time and thus the cost. Generally speaking, we can review the RFP, ITT or tender documentation and create an estimate of how much work is involved.
- The extent of your existing marketing material. The more existing content you have, the easier and more efficient it is to write your tender. That doesn’t mean we use Chat-GPT or AI to create write it or simply cut and past your previous content, we will write your bid – but with the support of the previous content. It give us something to tailor and work with.
- If graphics are required for the tender response or not. Graphics and presentation take time – as do infographics. If they are not required, our proposed fees are generally lower.
