Tsaks Consulting has successfully won 86% of our UK government and corporate tenders through our involvement. We complete close to 200 bid responses annually for a wide range of industries. Our track record reflects our commitment to your clients success, passion for writing bids and tenders and understanding of how to qualify tender opportunities.

Examples of winning bids and tenders in England we have drafted for clients includes:

• Drafting a tender for a cleaning company servicing four large office buildings in Central London. There was a strong focus on supporting documentation including health and safety and quality assurance documentation as well as a detailed service plan.
• Drafting a PQQ, Bid and Tender for a construction company. Passionate about winning bids and tenders in England, we put a special focus on the methodology and executive summary, going into detail about delivering the project whilst remaining sensitive to community sensitivities. The bid was successful, with the detailed methdology proving crucial to the overall result.
• Drafting a tender for an education services provider to provide a range of training services to three government departments. There were operational, implementation and pricing issues which were significant and required careful tweaking in the tender response. We worked closely with our client to complete the tender and manage the post-tender negotiating process.
